Conditions for renting a car in Marrakesh :

Conditions for hiring cars :

Minimum age of 21 years old.
* Driving licence valid for at least one 1 year.
* Payment is taken at the point of the customer assuming responsibility for the vehicle.
* The guarantee is obligatory by print of the bank card, to be returned with restitution of the vehicle, and cannot be used for a prolongation without prior agreement of our agency.
* Upon return of the vehicle, its condition must be the same as when it was taken.
* The customer is responsible for the car on the road, as well as when the vehicle is parked.
* Damage to the vehicle is only covered if an accident report is produced within 24 hours.
* Unlimited mileage.
* Insurance included.
* 24/7 support.
* It is prohibited to use off-road tracks with a rented vehicle, unless it is a 4x4.
* Complimentary delivery and collection (hotel, airport, riads etc) in Marrakech.
* Complimentary baby-seat.
* Complimentary door-luggage.
* Driver on request.
* Minibuses are supplied with a compulsory driver.
* For delivery and collection of vehicles in other cities within the Kingdom of Morocco, an additional fee is incurred.

Insurance :

Insurance included within the tariff is as follows :

* Comprehensive insurance with an excess frankness.
* Civil liability.
* Passengers, fire and theft of the vehicle.

Our insurance does not include :

• Damage caused to the tyres.
• Flight of personal objects left in the vehicle
